Intra-ACP GCCA+ support to NDC implementation 
A side event of the ACP Secretariat, the European Commission and the Green Climate Fund (GCF)

The Secretariat of the ACP Group of States in collaboration with the European Commission and the Green Climate Fund (GCF), is organizing this side event on the margins of the twenty-fourth session of the Conference of Parties (COP24) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which will take place from 3rd-14th December in Katowice, Poland.

The side event is scheduled to take place on the 7th December from 4.30pm to 6pm in Katowice, Poland.

Objectives

• Showcase the findings of the draft ACP NDC work identifying priority areas and needs for support as expressed in the NDCs.
• Facilitate dialogue and discussions among ACP Countries, regions, with other developing countries, partners and the public at large.
• Discuss possible support for NDC implementation by the Green Climate Fund (GCF) through the ACP-GCF collaboration.
